Welcome to Pure Wellness Sauna & Studio ("Pure Wellness," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing our website, scheduling appointments, purchasing services, or using our facilities, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not use our website or services.

1. Services

Pure Wellness Sauna & Studio provides wellness and relaxation services, including but not limited to:

  • Infrared Sauna Sessions

  • Contrast Therapy Sessions

  • Cold Plunge Sessions

  • Salt Room Sessions

  • Infrared Hot Yoga Sessions

  • Other wellness services that may be offered from time to time

Our services are intended to promote relaxation and general wellness and are not medical treatments.

 

2. Medical Disclaimer

Pure Wellness Sauna & Studio does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You should consult your physician before participating in sauna therapy, cold plunge therapy, yoga, or any wellness service, especially if you:

  • Are pregnant

  • Have heart disease or cardiovascular conditions

  • Have high or low blood pressure

  • Have respiratory conditions

  • Have diabetes

  • Have epilepsy

  • Are taking prescription medications

  • Have any medical condition that could be affected by heat exposure, cold exposure, or physical activity

By using our services, you acknowledge that participation is voluntary and at your own risk.

 

3. Eligibility

Clients must be at least 18 years of age to book services independently. Minors may only participate with the consent and supervision requirements established by Pure Wellness Sauna & Studio. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for safety, health, or policy reasons.

 

4. Appointments and Reservations

Appointments may be scheduled online, by phone, or in person. Appointment availability is not guaranteed until confirmed by Pure Wellness Sauna & Studio. Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session or cancellation to avoid impacting other guests.

5. Cancellation and No-Show Policy

We request advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Failure to provide adequate notice or failure to appear for a scheduled appointment may result in cancellation fees or forfeiture of prepaid services, subject to our current booking policies. Pure Wellness reserves the right to modify cancellation policies at any time.

6. Payments and Refunds

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Refunds for services, packages, memberships, gift certificates, or prepaid sessions may be granted only at the discretion of Pure Wellness Sauna & Studio and in accordance with applicable law.

7. Health and Safety Requirements

Clients agree to:

  • Follow all posted safety instructions

  • Use equipment as directed

  • Notify staff of any health concerns that may impact participation

  • Exit a session immediately if they experience dizziness, nausea, discomfort, or other concerning symptoms

Pure Wellness reserves the right to end a session if staff determine that continued participation may present a health or safety risk.

8. Assumption of Risk

Participation in wellness activities, including sauna use, cold plunge therapy, yoga, and related services, involves inherent risks. By using our services, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation, including but not limited to dehydration, overheating, dizziness, falls, injury, illness, or other adverse effects.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pure Wellness Sauna & Studio, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website, facilities, or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the applicable service.

10. Personal Property

Clients are responsible for their personal belongings. Pure Wellness Sauna & Studio is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items brought onto the premises.

11. Website Use

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You may not:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

  • Interfere with website functionality

  • Use the website to transmit harmful or unlawful content

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations


12. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, logos, images, graphics, branding, and design elements, is the property of Pure Wellness Sauna & Studio unless otherwise noted. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use is prohibited.
