A guided wellness session designed to help calm the mind, reduce stress, and promote deep relaxation, using a combination of guided audio and gentle light patterns.
Session Packages
5 Sessions — $115 (approx. $23 per visit)
10 Sessions — $200 (approx. $20 per visit)
20 Sessions — $300 (approx. $15 per visit)
Packages expire 1 year from date of purchase.
Unused services do not roll over.
Membership Rates
Make wellness part of your routine. Our auto-renew memberships make it easy to prioritize regular wellness while giving you a lower per-session rate.
4 Sessions / Month — $90 (approx. $22.50 per visit)
8 Sessions / Month — $150 (approx. $18.75 per visit)
Unlimited Sessions — $300 (approx. $10 per visit)
Memberships have a 2-month minimum commitment. Memberships may be canceled anytime after the first 2 months. Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before your billing date. Unused services do not roll over.
